Who is responsible for your data
UU Life LLC ("uu.life", "we") runs this page and decides how the personal data collected here is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hi@uu.life.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: first name, email and, if you choose to add it, your WhatsApp number.
- Your consent record: the exact text you accepted, the page language and the date and time.
- Approximate location: country, region and city, worked out from your connection. We do not keep your IP address in our database.
- Visit details: the campaign tags in the link you arrived with (UTM), the page you signed up on and your browser type.
- Your cookie choice and your preferred language.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- Sending you the guide and the uu.life newsletter. Basis: your consent, given when you press the button. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Measuring our Meta ads with the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. Basis: your consent in the cookie banner. If you reject, nothing is sent to Meta.
- Showing recent downloads nearby ("someone in your city downloaded the guide"). Only the city and the time are used, never your name or email. Basis: our legitimate interest in showing real activity.
- Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only use providers that help us run this page:
- Cloudflare: hosting and the database where your sign-up is stored.
- Meta Platforms: ad measurement, only if you accepted cookies. Your email and phone are sent in hashed (scrambled) form.
- Our email provider, to send the guide and the newsletter.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU鈥揢.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up while you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within 30 days. We keep the consent record for up to 3 years, only to be able to prove you gave it.

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hi@uu.life. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Who this page is for
This page and the guide are meant for adults aged 18 or over. The products uu.life sells are for research use only and are not for human consumption.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
